Phase Updates July 2011

So there was a big interval again from the last update… The haunting that’s upon us made its presence clear and strange new phases have found us once more.

Alex has entered a new phase in his life cycle where he is called to fulfill his military service, a challenge keeping him away from us temporarily while we replaced his musical genius with two others’; of Bill Liapis and Damos Harharidis who are already our friends for years… A fair trade…

Some series of unfortunate events led us to the cancellation of some nights while on some cases we resorted to some beautiful acoustic evenings on dark hillsides…

The new shape of Phase will debut in a charity festival (July 22^nd) in our base’s neighboring Elassona (Forestival) as we are in discussions for several other dates. Some interviews are planned and by the time Backstage Records will release “In Consequence” in plastic the second album will be in the phase of production…

Phase Updates March 2011

Just before we fare forth to Athens for our Rainbow show, approaching the closure of Marches new calendar month, and we are celebrating springtime in Phase. We are standing in front of the gushing spring of Phase related matters.

Phase dates from which some are announced below are running, the release of “In Consequence” is being pressed and will be delivered at last, apart from the digital distribution it is available since 21th of the past December, in 12” Vinyl and CD formats released by BackStage Records, some T Shirt designs are being made, a book entitled “Next Conclusion to Fade – Clearing out the Statics” containing lyrics construed in several languages, having in mind that poetry never translates well, interview excerpts, photos and such is under works and a big project Phase is going to share in the coming months is under examination.

Furthermore some side special acoustic evenings is being planned w/ lesser budget so the music reaches in further places under this concurrence of unfortunate events we are running. Dates of the summer UK Tour will be announced as well as of festivals Phase is going to be part of.

Phase Updates February 2010

So it’s February already… The smallest month and the month of purification… The day of the one’s in love just before the full moon and carnival festivities allover Greece. The big time feast of masking strange … It’s a busy month for Phase even though we’ve only running 3 or 4 Greek dates but we’re on the feverish preparations of the rest of “In Tour Sequence” ’s 2^nd Middle Eastern leg, the Turkish leg of the tour and we are discussing a UK tour for this summer.

Also open your eyes and ears for upcoming releases of “In Consequence” in various formats… A feature on a really interesting documentary we are going to announce soon, new live photos and videos of our forthcoming shows, cover recordings on two really classics, a Rock Band download feature for “the Smile” and many more Phase related “goodies”.

Phase Updates December 2010

The smallest day for the Northern hemisphere’s observers is The Biggest day for Phase To-day, since we’ve consequentially, abiding by the promise, transfused the fruit of our earnest efforts to the most known digital music retailers.

Although we came to face a totally unexplored for us universe, having all those tiny details we’ve been ignoring… Waiting for “In Consequence” catalogue number and unique ISRC codes for our songs we’re asking you to hold a bit more your breath and be patient as we are for the actual release of the album in 12” Vinyl, CD and Digital Download.

“In Consequence” is already been given to important journalists of the music press and Radio DJ’s across our universe and we are sweating out the first impressions to return to us. Furthermore our fellow citizens here in Larissa GR will be able to get a first glimpse on “In Consequence” by passing by the wonderful party Stage Club’s owners have prepared for planed December the 27^th and to that day song will be flying around between the scheduled events. And for the rest of our friend’s we’ve uploaded “Hypoxia” (its actual form) and “Ibidem” [ft. Duncan Patterson (Anathema, Antimatter) w/ an amazing key-work]. Go ahead and check the band's MySpace and other sites here and there.

Our JOB is done here for now… Our offspring died yesterday along with our agony, leaving behind a beautiful monument; a photo album of their first short existence, whilst their souls are hovering over venues, desperate to body forth once again (If you’re getting the poetry I may dare not realize you won’t find this parallelism macabre at all)…
